La Balma
The La Balma cooperative housing project, located in Poblenou (Barcelona), is based on the concept of a Citizen Energy Community. It promotes the shared use of renewable energy among residents while reducing dependence on large utility companies. Photovoltaic panels and a battery system have been installed on the rooftop, with the aim of creating cooperative, self-managed living spaces and reducing energy demand.
