SCOPE OF THE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Integrated Management System (IMS) of R2M Solution Spain, S.L., has been established in accordance with the criteria of the international management system standards ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental). The scope of the IMS encompasses the activities developed in the process of:
Design and development of Innovation, engineering, energy services, sustainability, and ICT projects throughout the initiation, supervision, management, control, delivery, and closure phases.
The IMS includes the operational and administrative processes and activities carried out at our Madrid headquarters, located at Avenida Manoteras 24, Planta 2, Despacho 3, 28050 Madrid, Spain.
To this end, we commit to maintaining a customer-centric focus across all our activities and services. This involves understanding internal and external issues, as well as identifying the requirements and expectations of interested parties affected by the provision of this service. We comply with both legal requirements and other obligations that we are bound to meet or voluntarily choose to adopt.
Furthermore, we consider the environmental consequences of each of our operations, ensuring that our actions align with the preservation and protection of the environment, in accordance with our values and principles. All of this is executed through the continuous improvement of organizational processes.
Quality Management Notes
Regarding Quality Management requirement 8.3 Design and Development of products and services, R2M Solution Spain S.L. provides solutions on project design; the client provides the specifications, guidelines, and methodologies, and is also responsible for notifying any changes. This does not affect the capacity or responsibility of our organization to comply with the requirements applicable to the offered service.
Regarding point 7.1.5 Justification of Non-Applicability, our primary activity consists of consulting, design, and project supervision—a service of an intellectual nature. The non-applicability of equipment calibration or verification is justified as follows:
- Scope: Requirement 7.1.5 has limited application because the organization does not own or use physical measuring or testing equipment to ensure the conformity of client products or services.
- Core Service: Our main outputs and “measurements” are calculations, reports, blueprints, and technical specifications, the validity of which is ensured through:
- Licensed and Verified Software: We use design and calculation software (BIM, structural, flow analysis, etc.) that features its own internal verifications and is maintained by external providers.
- Professional Judgment: Peer review and verification (by another qualified engineer) serve as the primary control for the validity of the results.
Environmental Management Notes
In the case of Environmental Management, and based on the operations, services, and location where the activity is carried out, R2M Solution Spain, S.L., has the capacity to exercise authority and influence over its environment. This is achieved by defining environment-related responsibilities across the different levels of its structure, taking into account applicable activities.

At R2M Solution Spain S.L., we are committed to the continuous improvement of our Quality management (ISO 9001) and respect for the environment (ISO 14001). As part of our commitment to transparency and sustainability, we communicate the results of our environmental performance for the period from September 2024 to September 2025.
